I will outline my journey over the past year while working to integrate a one-to-one iPad program with interactive materials and wrestling with the discussion to install an interactive white board in every classroom or provide a customizable learning environment through the deployment of iPads and interactive whiteboard and presentation apps.

During this session, I’ll share the in’s and out’s of Nearpod , Showme, Educreations, Whiteboard, and the Explain Everything apps. We tested and worked with a variety of software Apps till we found the right solutions for embedding interactive learning activities, assessments, as well as creating screencast projects to engage student learning. The key points or goals are: Changing pedagogical methodologies, policies and practices for the use of engaging interactive student created projects using a variety of whiteboard apps and the Nearpod presentation app. Each app brings something unique to the learning objectives and we’ll review the ins and outs of each app.
